超声波辅助提取桑叶中1-脱氧野尻霉素工艺的响应面法优化
Optimization of technology of extracting 1-deoxynojirimycin in mulberry leaves using ultrasonic assisted extraction by response surface method

Abstract
Extraction conditions of 1-deoxynojirimycin (DNJ) in mulberry leaves were optimized by the response surface method. Dried mulberry leaf powder was used as material, extraction time, extraction temperature, ultrasonic power and extraction solution to material weight ratio were studied by single factor test and the DNJ content was determined by HPLC for DNJ yield. The results showed that when the extraction time was at 60 min, extraction temperature at 75℃ , ultrasonic power at 350 W, and extraction solution to material weight ratio at 16 : 1, the yield of DNJ could reach 1.873 mg · g-1.关键词
