摘要

Abstract

Objective To achieve automatic supervision of the treatment system which can ensure continuation, safety and stability for handling waste water with active virus. Methods A set of automatic monitoring systems composed of industrial control computers, Monitor and Control Generated System( MCGS ) configuration software and programmable logic controllers( PLC ) was used. Results This system implemented data centralized management, automatic control, fault detection , and many other functions to ensure the continuity and stability of the live poisonous wastewater treatment system. Conclusion The automatic monitoring system for handling waste water with active virus based on the configuration software and PLC is highly reliable and easy to maintain, which guarantees the continuity, stability and safety during the operation of the automatic monitoring system.
