摘要
Abstract
In order to solve the forthcoming transportation problems under adverse weather, it is urgent to study the impacts of adverse weather events on road transport system. Firstly, the concept of adverse weather events is explained based on previous knowledge, followed by comprehensive summary about the impacts of adverse weather events on road transport system's three components. Finally, several theoretical and practical questions deserving further research under that topic in the future are pointed out.关键词
