摘要

Abstract

Based on CF-DSGZ viscoelastic constitutive applied to in-mould decoration, an ABAQUS explicit user material subroutine is developed to simulate the pre-drawing and air-bulging thermoforming process of a box product with deep-cavity. Comparison of simulated results and experimental data is done to validate the subroutine. Finally, finite element analysis of the pre-drawing and air-bulging thermoforming process for a In-Mould Decoration (IMD) product of a large-scale, deep-cavity notebook-cover is carried out. Optimal technological parameters obtained from simulation are applied on actual production, and high quality product has been acquired.
