摘要

Abstract

The structure of single bow baffle plate heat exchanger was simplified reasonably, and a parametric model on the shell-tube heat exchanger was established using ANSYS parametric modeling method.The numerical simulation on the temperature field and flow field of shell-tube heat exchanger was performed on ANSYS FLUENT14.0 numerical simulation software.Two numerical simulation models were taken into account.The results showed that the heat transfer model of both the shell side and the fluid flow can exhibit the local temperature change of heat exchanger truly.The simulation results are agreement with the actual situation and can provide a reference for the structure optimization design on shell- tube heat exchanger.
