壳聚糖涂膜对新余蜜橘常温贮藏保鲜效果的影响
Effects of Chitosan Coating on Post-harvest Quality of Xinyu Tangerine during Ambient Temperature Storage
摘要
Abstract
The effects of chitosan coating on the quality and post-harvest physiology of fruits stored at ambient temperature were studied. The results showed that compared with the contrast, chitosan coating treatment effectively decreased the decay and weight loss rates of fruit, substantially delayed the reduction of total soluble solids (TSS), titratable acidity (TA) and Vitamin C (Vc) and total sugar contents. Meanwhile, chitosan treatment inhibited the respiration rate of fruits during storage. It was suggested that 2. 0% concentration of chitosan had the best effect on the storage quality and prolonged the shelf life of Xinyu tangerine fruit, which provided feasibility for the use of chitosan in the storage of of Xinyu tangerine as one kind of biological antistal-ing agent.关键词
