野生车前草抗穗枯病种质资源鉴定
Resistance Evaluation of Wild Plantain Germplasm Resources to Diaporthe angelicae
摘要
Abstract
For the purpose of exploring and using head blight - resistant germplasm resources of wild plantain, this study evaluated the resistance of 175 accessions of wild plantain germplasm resources to the disease by inoculating the highest pathogenicity strain of Diaporthe angelicae. The results showed that 2, 5 , 71 and 97 accessions of them were highly resistant, resistant, susceptible and highly susceptible, respectively, which revealed that most of wild plantain germplasm resources had no resistance to the pathogen. Successfully screening of the two highly resistant germplasms has laid a foundation for breeding plantain varieties resistant to head blight conventionally and molecularly.关键词
