嗜水气单胞菌江西地区分离株耐药性及耐药质粒分析
An Analysis of the Antibiotic Resistance and Plasmid Profile Aeromonas hydrophila Isolated from Jiangxi Province

Abstract
The objective of this study is to investigate the distribution of plasmids in the Aeromonas hy-drophila isolated from Jiangxi Province, and reveal the relationship between plasmids and antibiotic resistance. The antibiotic sensitivity of 52 isolates of Aeromonas hydrophila was tested by K-B methods, and the plasmids were extracted and detected by alkaline denaturation and agarose gel electrophoresis. The results showed that the antibiotic resistance rates of amoxicillin, penicillin, rifampicin, Lincomycin, oxymethylpyrimidine were 94% , 96% , 62% , 63% and 75% respectively. Plasmid electrophoresis showed that 14 out of 52 strains contained 1 to 9 different-sized plasmids, but the relationship between the antibiotic resistance and plasmid fingerprinting showed that the number and size of plasmids the strains had no significant correlation with its antibiotic resistance. Plasmid fingerprinting indicated that the strains of the same source would have similar antibiotic resistance and plasmid profile.关键词
