芒果短截结果母枝葡萄糖含量动态变化
Dynamic Changes of Glucose Content in Mango' s Cutting Back Fruit Branch

Abstract
It is observed that after cutting back flowering branch of Mango, the flower bud on the cutting place can still carry out differentiation. We measured the glucose content in leaves, phloem and buds on the cutting section. The results indicated that the cutting leaves, nearby phloem and the buds' highest contents appeared on the same day of cutting back, separately were 93.0, 71.71, and 54.09 μg/g. The leaves' lowest content appeared on February 25th (25.09 μg/g) , phloem's appeared on March 12th(0 μg/g) , and buds' appeared on February 20th (0 μg/g) . The average contents of each parts were 51. 64, 24.67, 27. 9 μg/g. There was obvious glucose library - source relationship among the leaves, phloem, buds and the organic centre, which indicated that glucose was the mainly transported form at this section. After cutting back, the center color of bud eye gradually presented wax - yellow on February 20th, and spread around on the 25th. The buds gradually expanded, the color deepened, the buds eye presented translucent from March 2td to March 7th. It gradually became green, and the translucent disappeared after March 7th.关键词
