云南胡椒炭疽病病原鉴定
Identification of Pathogen of Anthracnose in Pepper(Pipper nigrum )
摘要
Abstract
The isolates of pepper anthracnose fungus from Baoshan were obtained, purified, and re - inoculated during 2010 ~ 2011. This pathogen was identified as Colletotrichum gloeosporioides ( Penz. ) Sacc. based on the results of Kochs postulates, morphology, and ITS sequence analyses.关键词
