国内外气象服务模式及效益分析
Meteorological Service Mode and Its Benefit Analysis at Home and Abroad
摘要
Abstract
Meteorological services, which are provided by the government or private, are the meteorological products or services shared by all the people. It not only has social and product attributes, but also can produce some economic benefits. In this paper, meteorological services were generalized first, such as the classification, the stage of development, the base of generation and benefit analysis methods. It would focus on several typical meteorological service modes in the world, and the economic benefits generated under these modes. These were expected to provide references for reforming and improving meteorological service modes in China.关键词
