朝阳地区烤烟不同烘烤方式研究
Study on Barn Curing Way of Flue-cured Tobacco in Chaoyang Area
摘要
Abstract
The effects of different curing ways on flue - cured tobacco leaf apparent quality, economic characters, conventional chemical compositions, sensory quality, and curing cost were studied. The results showed that the frame loose leaves bulk curing could increase the amount of installed tobacco and reduce energy cost. Also, it could improve the apparent quality, economic characters, and sensory quality. However, the quality of flue - cured tobacco leaves baked by " three to four" haulm - hanging way and smoke clip way was relatively poor.关键词
