钾元素对平菇菌丝期生长的影响
Effects of Potassium on Mycelial Growth of Pleurotus ostreatus
摘要
Abstract
In order to determine the optimal potassium concentration for the mycelial growth of Pleurotus ostreatus, the physiological and biochemical indexes were measured. The result showed that the activities of carboxymethyl cellulose and amylase, the protein content and potassium - absorbing amount were the highest, while the contents of proline and vitamin C, two stress indicators, were lower when the added concentration of potassium was 0.086%.关键词
