桑黄菌丝固体培养基及培养条件研究
Study on Solid Medium and Culture Condition of Phellinus baumii
摘要
Abstract
The medium components for Phellinus baumii mycelial growth were analyzed using the single factor experiment. Then their ratio and growth condition were optimized by orthogonal experimental analysis. The optimal components ratio and condition were as follows: 20 g glucose, 2.2 g peptone, 0.46 g monopotassium phosphate, 1.0 g dipotassium hydrogen phosphate, 0.5 g magnesium sulfate, 20.0 g agar, 1000 mL water, pH 7, and temperature was 28 ℃.关键词
