摘要
Abstract
In this study, the Enteromorpha prolifera polysaccharide (EP) was extracted with hot water extraction, the mice fed by high -fat diet were treated by gavage with different dosages of EP for 4 weeks, and their blood fat indexes were tested. The results showed that EP could remarkably reduce the content of TCHO and TG, and increase the content of HDL - C in the serum of hyperlipidemia mice, but had no significant effect on the change of LDL - C content.
