摘要

Abstract

Tea polyphenols is the main active compound of tea. As a kind of natural resource, it is important to extract tea polyphenols effectively and achieve their comprehensive utilization. This study discussed the best extraction process of tea polyphenols by using organic solvent extraction, ion precipitation extraction and resin adsorption method. The results showed that: (1) for organic solvent extraction, 40% ethanol was better; (2)for ion precipitation extraction, Zn2+ precipitation was the best; (3)for resin adsorption method, the elution rate of 70% ethanol was the highest.
