Abstract

A sensitive and rapid method based on ultra performance liquid chromatography - tandem mass spectrometry ( UPLC -MS/MS) with accelerated solvent extraction (ASE) was established for the quantitative determination of Tricyclozole residue in rice. The samples were extracted with accelerated solvent extractor and purified by neutral aluminum oxide solid -phase extraction (SPE) cartridge. Results showed that UPLC - MS/MS was employed for quantitative determination. Good linearity was obtained in the range of 2.00 - 100.0 ng/mL. The limit of detection was 0.10 μg/kg. The recoveries were 78.2% ~ 85.1% and the relative standard deviations were 5.6%~7.6%. The method was easy, fast, sensitive, and accurate. It could be used for the confirmation and quantification of Tricyclozole residue in rice.
