商洛市退耕还林综合效益评价和生态补偿策略研究
Research on Comprehensive Benefit of Converting Arable Land into Forest Land and Eco-compensation Strategy in Shangluo City
摘要
Abstract
On the basis of investigation, the overall benefit of returning farmland to forest land and subsequent ecological compensation strategy in Shangluo city were analyzed. The results showed that its ecological benefit was very significant. It controlled the soil erosion, conserved water, and increased the amount of carbon fixation and oxygen release. In terms of the current farmland area, the ecological value reached 22.36 x 108 yuan per year. It promoted regional agricultural structure, sped up the transfer of rural surplus labor force, and increased farmers'income. However, the follow - up industry of returning farmland developed slowly. So, the compensation should be increased appropriately, the basin ecological compensation mechanism should be built, the funds should be raised through various channels, and the follow - up efforts to substitute industries should be strengthened.关键词
