稻谷加工业副产物碎米中蛋白的超声提取工艺研究
Study on Process of Protein Extraction from Cereal Industry by-product Broken Rice with Ultrasonication

Abstract
In this paper, the effect of ultrasonication treating time, ultrasonication power and ratio of solid to liquid on the protein extraction rate from cereal industry by — product broken rice was investigated. Results showed that the optimal extraction process parameters with ultrasound treatment were as follows: 32 min ultrasonication treating, 495 W ultrasonication power and solid/liquid ratio of 1:15. Under this optimal conditions, the broken rice protein extraction rate was 90.47%.关键词
