Abstract
In this paper, we facilitated the theory of eddy current sensor to analysis the relationship between characteristics of eddy current sensor and the dimensions of the measured metal. Furthermore , we proposed a method for calibrating the eddy current sensor and research the influence of measured metal on the sensitivity of eddy current sensor.关键词
