摘要

Abstract

Objective To explore the antimicrobial activity of snake venom antimicrobial peptide (Cathelicidin) against E. coli. Method The two most common pathogens of the cephalosporin-resistant E. coli and E. coli ATCC 25922 in clinical infection were selected to evaluate the antimicrobial activity of snake venom antimicrobial peptide ( Cathelicidin) against E. coli. Result The inhibitory activity of Cefoperazone and sulbactam on cephalosporin-resistant E. coli was not obvious, but was obvious on ordinary E. coli (E. coli ATCC 25922) .The inhibitory activity of snake venom antimicrobial peptide (Cathelicidin) on cephalosporin-resistant E. coli and ordinary E. coli was obvious. Conclusion Snake venom antimicrobial peptide (Cathelicidin) has stable antibacterial activity.
