胃癌患者生命质量测定量表EORTC QLQ-STO22中文版的制定和评价
Development and Evaluation on Chinese Version of Measurement Instrument of Quality of Life for Patients with Stomach Cancer: EORTC QLQ-STO22

Abstract
Objective To introduce how to develop the Simplified Chinese version of EORTC QLQ- STO22 and evaluate the psychometric characteristics of this instrument. Methods The Simplified Chinese version of the EORTC QLQ-STO22 was developed by translation and back-translation and cultural adaptation, and was evaluated after we measured the quality of life of 86 in-patients with stomach cancer by using this instrument. The statistic method included correlation analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and paired t-test. Result The test-retest correlation coefficients (r) for all domains were greater than 0.70. Cronbach's coefficients for all domains were greater than 0.70. There were strong correlations between items and their own domains, but weak correlations between items and other domains. 9 principal components were abstracted from 22 items, and the contribution rate of accumulative total of variance was 84.7%. These 9 principal components basically reflected the 9 domains of the instrument after varimax orthogonal rotation. The instrument could find the change of the scores of the other domains except of body image domain after 4 weeks treatment. Conclusion The simplified Chinese version of EORTC QLQ-STO22 is of good validity, reliability and responsiveness and can be used as a measurement instrument for survey and evaluation of QOL in stomach cancer patients in China with the Chinese version of EORTC QLQ- C30.关键词
