交锁髓内钉加骨水泥在股骨肿瘤中段缺损重建中的应用

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of the intramedullary interlocking nail and bone cement in the reconstruction of the middle femoral large bone defect induced by tumor. Methods 17 cases of femoral metastatic tumors were treated with interlocking intramedullary nail and bone cement fixation. Results All patients got primary healing. 17 cases were followed up for 3 ~ 24 months. The pain disappeared in 15 cases, and eased in 2 case. The degree of pain improvement was evaluated by VAS classification method. VAS was reduced from the average score of ( 8. 9 0. 7 ) in the preoperative to postoperative ( 1. 5 0. 7 ) points in three months. According to Enneking system,the results were excellent in 9 cases, good in 6, fair in 1, and poor in 1. The limb functions recovered for daily routines. There was no loosening or breakage of internal fixation. 1 case died in postoperative 5 months. Conclusions It can recover reconstruction internal fixation in the femoral defect induced by tumor, and the full weight bearing ability can recover soon, and can relieve pain and improve the quality of patients' life.关键词
