Abstract
Objective To explore the surgical methods and clinical efficacy of minimally invasive percutaneous anatomical locking plate in treatment of distal 1/3 tibial shaft fracture. Methods 25 cases of distal 1/3 tibial shaft fracture were treated with minimally invasive percutaneous locking plate osteosynthesis. Results All cases reached clinical fracture healing in 3 ~6 months, which were followed up for 5 ~ 18 months. According to Johner-Wruhs grading, the results were excellent in 18 cases, good in 5, and fair in 2. Conclusions Minimally invasive percutaneous locking plate osteosynthesis in the treatment of distal 1/3 tibial shaft fracture has advantages of less invasion, reliable fixation and high fracture healing rate, which is an ideal surgical method.关键词
