Study on preparation and performance of PVA hydrogel
摘要
Abstract
Objective: The preparation of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) hydrogel experiment to study cytotoxicity of water-swelling properties of the gel. for its application in the oral soft tissue incremental provide experimental basis. Method: By freezing and thawing method of physical crosslinking of the PVA solution, Test of normality and F test research PVA molecular weight; refrigeration cycle times and PVA gel concentration on the influence of moisture content. Result: PVA molecular weight; refrigeration cycle times and concentration of PVA gel all affect the moisture content, their difference was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: PVA hydrogel has a high moisture content by 3～7 times the refrigeration cycle; and then its increment can apply to the oral soft tissues to provide experimental basis.关键词
