174例腮腺肿瘤临床分析

Abstract
Objective: through the analysis of surgical treatment for patients of parotid gland tumor, so as to improve the cure rate, reduce the complications, and improve the patients quality of life. Method: Systematic retrospective analysis the clinical treatment methods and prognosis of 174 patients with parotid gland tumor who were received, cured, and followed-up in the department of Stomatology,First People's Hospital of Guangyuan,from 2002.1～2011.5. Result:31 patients occurred Frey -syndrome (17.8 %) but none of the 44 cases implanted with acellular dermal matrix intraoperativetly showed Frey -syndrome, 18 cases occurred temporary facial paralysis (10 %) ; 10 cases happened salivary fistula(6 %) ;7 cases happened permanent facial paralysis (4 %) , 139 cases of benign tumors showed no recurrence, 15 cases of the 35 patients with malignant tumor showed recurrence in primary lesion or cervical lymph node metastasis. Conclusion: Partial ectomy and subtotal ectomy should be the first choice for benign parotid gland tumor. Selective neck dissections should be conducted for patients with malignant tumor based on total ectomy of parotid gland. The implantation of acellular dermal matrix is an effective method to prevent Frey's syndrome.关键词
