三种根管封闭剂根管封闭性能的实验研究

Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the sealability of three root sealers in vitro. Method: 103 extracted single rooted human teeth were prepared and were randomly divided into three groups.The root canals were filled with AH-plus+gutta-percha (A group) , Cortisomol+gutta-percha (B group) and EndoREZ dual cure UDMA resin root canal sealer+gutta-percha (C group ) respectively .The microstructure of the three groups were observed by SEM.The apical sealing capability was estimated by dye penetration method at 3,7,30 d after condensation. Result: Microleakge of Cortisomol group was highest and the difference between Cortisomol group and the other two groups at 30d was statistically significant (P <0.05) .Conclusion : The sealability of resin sealer was better than others.关键词
