摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate sysmex XT-2000i automated haematology analyzer in analysis of platelet aggregation according to the "PLT lumps?" and measurement of maximum platelet aggregation rate. Methods 345 patients were analyzed by sysmex XT-2000i and plasma maximum platelet aggregation rate (MAR) was detected. The results were compared and analyzed statistically. Results Platelet aggregation rate of positive group judged by sysmex XT-2000i was significant higher than negative group(p＜0. 01), and the two methods of evaluating platelet aggregation function had certain dependability (Kappa = 0. 61). Conclusion The information proved in the platelet detecting process of sysmex XT-2000i may provide certain basis to preliminary analysis judgment of the platelet aggregation function.关键词
