激光治疗视网膜中央静脉阻塞致黄斑囊样水肿的临床观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze curative effect of grid photo-coagulation in treatment of cystoid macular edema ( CME)caused by central retinal vein occlusion( CRVO ). Methods Fourty-eight cases( 48 eyes ) of CME associated with CRVO made a definite diagnosis by FFA were divided into two groups randomly. A group: 24 eyes, Grid photocoagulation and medical treatment. B group:24 eyes,medical treatment. Best corrected visual acuity ( BCVA ) ,FFA at 2 weeks, 1,3 and 6 months after treatment in these eyes were examined and compared between the two groups. Results BCVA of A group had a little improved and had no significant difference before and after treatment. 24 eyes of CME were subsided at 6 months after treatment. BCVA of B group had no significant difference before and after treatment at 2 weeks ,1,3 months, and BCVA of B group had significant difference after treatment at 6 months. 8 eyes of CME were subsided at 6 months after treatment. Conclusion Grid photo-coagulation is effective for CRVO and is an important means to control the progression of the disease.关键词
