眼科科室业务学习改革初探

Abstract
Objective This study aimed to improve the ophthalmologists' clinical abilities and explored to built a new mode of continuing medical education. This new mode was made to accumulate the experience on the reform of professional education in the ophthalmology department. Methods The implementation based on actual situation of the department, renewing the form of learning, referring to domestic and international advanced methods. The professional medical education should be systematically standardized. Results The reformed professional medical education can improve the learning enthusiasm of the medical staff and promote academic atmosphere in the department. Conclusion The reform of professional education in the ophthalmology department will help ophthalmologists to improve their clinical abilities. Therefore this study is of great importance to change the traditional continuing medical education mode and deepen the continuing medical education reform.关键词
