高龄心力衰竭患者静息心率与心功能预后的相关性分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyse the relationship belween the resling heart rale ( RHR) on admission and prognosis of heart funclion in senile palienls with chronic heart failure ( CHF) . Methods 79 senile cases of CHF were sludied, on the base of therapy of Evidence-Based Medicine, their RHR and prognosis of heart funclion on admission, discharge, follow-up were analyzed. Results There was negalive correlation belween the RHR and the discharge effect ( r = -0. 385, P = 0. 000) , follow-up effect (r = - 0. 351, P =0. 002) in senile palienls group, but there was significant positive correlation with the deaths total rate ( r = 0. 247, P =0. 028) . Compared wilh subset, the correlation was significant in senile patients group, but was not significant in the older group less than 80 years old. The overall sample analysis showed: there was negative correlation between the RHR and the discharge effect ( r = -0. 163, P = 0. 017) , follow - up effect ( r = -0. 161, P =0. 019) . but there was significant positive correlation compared with the deaths total rate ( r =0. 162, P = 0. 018) . Conclusion The elderly CHF patients, especially for senile patients with CHF, the faster of the RHR, the lower of the therapeutic efficacy, the higher of the death rate.关键词
