基于三维实体模型的纵流壳程换热器数值研究
Numerical Research on Heat Exchanger with Longitudinal Flow of Shell-side Based on 3-D Solid Model

Abstract
The flow and heat transfer characteristics in the shell-side of the heat exchanger with trefoil-tube-support plates were numerical studied by using FLUENT, The "Periodic Whole Cross-section computation Model" and "Periodic Unit Duct Model" were built, and the computed results of the two models were comparatively analyzed. It turned out that, the computed result of the two models become closer with the diameter of the shell (D) increasing; when D > 800mm, the error between the computed results of the two models has dropped to 10% , and the "Periodic Unit Duct Model "have practicability and applicability; when D ≥800mm, the modifier algorithm of the "Periodic Unit Duct Model "was proposed, and the modified formula of the convective heat transfer coefficients and the pressure gradient were provided.关键词
