溶胶-凝胶制备纳米TiO2及晶型转变的研究
TiO2 Nano-powders Produced by Sol-gel and Transformation of Crystal Type
摘要
Abstract
TiO2 nano-powders were prepared by sol-gel and were heated at 400 ~ 700 X. to study sizes and phase transformation of TiO2 nano powders. The crystalline structures and morphology of the obtained products were characterized by X-ray diffraction ( XRD ) and transmission electron microscopy ( TEM ). The relative content of various phases were analyzed by Spurr-Myers method. The results turn out that the crystalline phase transforms from anatase to rutile and the size of TiO2 nano-powders increases from 10 nm to 60 nm with increasing the temperature of heat treatment.关键词
