Static Stiffness Calculation for Four-point-contact Ball Slewing Bearing
摘要
Abstract
The stiffness is an important performance of rolling bearing; Based on Hertz elastic contact theory, the stiffness of slewing bearing was calculated by numerical solution under the single load and compound loads. This method can acquire high precision by contrast with traditional calculation. Firstly, static model of the single-row four-point-contact ball slewing bearing was established and the formulas of stiffness were deduced. Computation procedure was developed. The calculation of examples was carried out. Finally, the changes of bearing stiffness under the different load conditions were obtained and the influence of structure parameters on stiffness was analyzed.关键词
