Effect of Medium Components on Pollen Germination and Tube Growth of Tree Peony ( Paeonia suffruticosa)
摘要
Abstract
Solid medium was used to study the effect of sugar, H3 BO3, GA3 and PEG-6000 on pollen germination and pollen tube growth of 12 tree penoy varieties. The results showed that the composing concentrations of sugar, H3BO3, GA3 and PEG-6000 all remarkably affect the pollen germination and pollen tube growth, and the suitable concentration of different varieties are different. The most suitable concentrations that stimulate pollen germination and tube growth were 150 mg/L sucrose,60 ~80 mg/L H3BO3,25 ~50 mg/ L GA3,15 -20 mg/L PEG-6000.关键词
