摘要

Abstract

The stems of Pedilanthus tithymaloides var. nanus were taken as explant and induced callus formation. The different culture media, the proportion of different plant hormone were investigated. To add different concentration 6-BA and NAA to the medium composed of 9 different plant regeneration medium by orthogonal design L9(34 )were investigated. The results showed that the suitable media NMB was in favor of the induction, the induction medium added 1 mg/L 6-BA and 0.1 mg/L NAA was beneficial to the callus induction. The suitable regeneration medium was NMB containing 2. 0 mg/L 6-BA, 0. 2 mg/L NAA and 5% sucrose, it could improve obviously the frequency of regenerated shoots.
