在E62型精梳机上使用111°锡林的实践
Practice of Using 111°Cylinder on E62 Comber
摘要
Abstract
Processing adjustment method of using 111 ° cylinder on E62 Comber was discussed. Necessity of adjusting processing was analyzed. Nipper opening amount and detaching roller clockwise timing were tested and optimized. It is considered that in condition of better fiber bundle upwarp,less nipper opening amount should be adopted. At the same time, in condition of no ichthyosis spots, lap joint scale should be changed in direction of -2 scales, late clockwise timing of detaching roller is adopted,noil and production cost can be reduced.关键词
