摘要

Abstract

Blending spinning processing of stainless steel fiber and retardant viscose fiber was discussed. According to stainless steel fiber property,composite blending was adopted. Ten kinds of 48.6 tex stainless steel fiber blended yarn can be spun successfully, stainless steel fiber content is from 5% to 50%. The yam quality was tested. The result shows that as stainless steel fiber content increases, trend of yarn hairiness is reduced basically, yarn strength is changed slightly,volatility of wear resistance is larger for yarn unevenness. It is considered that better sliver quality can be ensured when doubling is more than 3 times for stainless steel fiber and retardant viscose fiber blended yarn. Infrared automatic stop device should be adopted by drawing frame. As the content of stainless steel fiber increases, some parameter should be adjusted accordingly, such as rubber-covered roller hardness in drawing, roving twist factor, draft multiple in spinning back area and ring traveler types.
