摘要

Abstract

In precision grinding, plane strain affects the quality of side plate seriously. Based on the analysis of structural stiffness and precision grinding stress, the clamping force was designed to be parallel with the first positioning surface in order to avoid clamping stress causing plane strain and make other stress along normal direction timely released. Working in sink mode, the structural stiffness of workpiece was improved. Pairs of clamp and group layout was used to improve productivity. The result shows that the clamp fully meet the quality and production requirements of side plate.
