利用甲醇催化重整回收中低温余热的研究
A study on recovery of middle-low temperature waste heat through methanol catalytic reforming

Abstract
Aimed at the effective uses of large amount of middle-low temperature heat waste heat sources, the methanol and its mixture with water catalytic reforming technology wae put forward to recover the waste heat. And the characteristics of catalytic reforming reaction of the methanol with its mixture with water was carried out experimentally in this paper. The formed H2,CO,CO2,CH4, C2H4 concentration was measured by the gas chromatogram, reaction temperature was controled within 500 ℃ used cu-based catalyst. The mole ratio of methanol and water are 1∶0 and 1∶1. The experimental result showed that methanol can react under lower temperature, being concerned with the catalyst, the concentration of gas was increased with the temperature rising. When the temperature was about 450 ℃, the pyrolysis was accomplished. The heat value of methanol will increase about 20% after decomposing reaction. This paper aiso analysised the application prospect in different industry.关键词
