Abstract
High textured 0. 94 ( Na0.5 K0.5) NbO3 -0. 06LiNbO3 ( abbreviated as KNLN6 ) lead-free piezoelectric ceramics was prepared using two-step sintering process. The effects on the microstructures, ferroelectric and piezoelectric properties of KNLN6 ceramics were investigated by X-ray diffractometer ( XRD) , scanning electron microscope (SEM) , ferroelectric testing system, and quasi-static analyzer, and the optimum polarization process was determined. The results showed that with the increase of first step sintering temperature, the orientation degree and the grain size of textured KNLN6 piezoelectric ceramics gradually increased, the coercive field Ec gradually decreased, and the remnant polarization Pr initially increased and then decreased. Under the poling condition with poling electric field 25 kV/cm, poling temperature 80 ℃ , and poling time 15 min, the piezoelectric constant d33 of high textured KNLN6 piezoce-ramic was increased by 20% and reached 282 pC/N at first step sintering temperature 1 180 ℃ for 5 min, and at second step sintering temperature 1 000 ℃ for 10 h.关键词
