Influence of Gatling Gun Recoil on Bolt Group Transmission System
摘要
Abstract
To improve the performances of gatling guns, the influences of their recoil motions on bolt group transmission systems are researched. Three statuses of the receiver cam curve slot and the bolt group main roller are analysed, and the bolt group main roller's motion differential equation is expressed according to the principle of momentum moment. The viewpoint of erossover shock and inverse transfer motion in advance is presented considering the precondition of the recoil motion. Gatling guns' programming scheme is discussed. Different clearances and with-without recoil are combined. The simulation results show: considering the recoil motion and the clearance between the bolt group main roller and receiver cam curve slot, the bolt group main roller changes rotary direction abruptly in some brevity interval;the contact force increases between the bolt group main roller and the receiver cam curve slot greatly; different characteristics are presented compared with the general cam mechanism's acceleration and deceleration process;the cam curve's wear is produced by the driving pressure force of transmission and the frequent brake and rotary fast direction changing.关键词
