溶胶-凝胶法制备粉体纳米二氧化钛的研究
Study on the Nano TiO2 Powder Prepared by Sol-gel Method
摘要
Abstract
The sol-gel method is applied to prepare the TiO2 powder. The influence of solution ratio and sintering parameter on the crystal phase and microscopy is studied, and the crystal phase and microscopy are characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that the TiO2 solution can be obtained in the condition of pH = 4. 5, the ratio of Ti(OC4 H9), and C2H6O is 2:5, the ratio of H2O and C2H6O is 1: 3. At the same time, the TiO2 powder with pure anatase can be prepared after sintering at 300,450,600 ℃, respectively. Specially, the TiO2 powder sintered at 600 ℃ doesn't occur the crystal transformation and distributed homogeneously. The diameter of TiO2 particles is about 25 nm. It can be deduced that the obtained TiO2 powder has a promising catalytic application.关键词
