Development of 2ZFS-1A multifunctional tobacco transplanting machine

Abstract
In order to solve the low survival rate of tobacco seedling transplanting and low fertilizer utilization,2ZFS-1A multifunctional tobacco transplanting machine was developed.The machine is mainly composed of a fixed quantitative fertilization stirring system,throwing seedling transplanting system,watering system,transmission system,frame and safety protective cover.In the transmission system driven,the fixed quantitative fertilization stirring system realizes the functions of the fertilizers sentinel quantitative rating and stirring.The machine can also achieve the integrated operations of cast seedling transplanting and watering.The transplanting machine performance test and production test show that the transplanting machine's mass error is less than 0.1％,fertilization amount error is 0.55％-1.3％,spacing error is 1％-2％,fertilization depth error is 4％-8％,leakage seeding rate and injury seeding rate are less than 2％,and the production rate with stable performance is up to 98％,the failure rate is lower than 0.03％.The transplanting machine can meet the requirements of tobacco cultivation agronomic.The study provides reference for tobacco multifunctional operating machinery.关键词
