Abstract
At present, the planning programme in the Zone of Central Plains Economy has already been issued all regions of Henan, under the situation that industrial agglomeration areas' dominant industries have been established, land utilization sparing relatively, population flowing in order relatively, but there are still many problems need to be solved as soon as possible. Mainly embodies that at gathering areas, the leading enterprises drives ability are not strong, lack of independent innovation brands, the financing channel not free, government service platform construction lag, land use density not enough, population migration costs are too high. To solve these problems, must strengthen the public service information platform construction, realized that information sharing, unified allocation of resources. Cultivate leading enterprises as soon as possible, strict planning, speed up the research and development, guide rationally; to guide the rural population transfer to the town and central city, further liberate the census register management, promote the integration of urban and rural social security system construction,etc.关键词
