Study on Exploitation of Resources and Coordinated Development of Regional Economy of Underdeveloped Resource-intensive Region——Taking Qingyang City, Gansu Province as an Example

Abstract
The paper took Qingyang City as an example, to explore the problem of the resource exploitation of underdeveloped mineral resource-intensive regions and how to realize regional coordinated development. The rapid developments of regional economy largely depend on mineral exploitation in resource areas. And the income rights of these areas are limited, under the exploitation and management system of current mineral resources in China. How to make full use of the finite return on resources and promote the all round development of regional economy and society is a problem for these areas. Researches show that the resource curse effect is caused by overdevelopment and low technological exploitation, the singleness of regional economy and system shortage, etc. Therefore, in the exploitation of resources of underdeveloped resource-intensive region, in order to walk on the coordinated road of development of resource, environment, economy and society, the resource-intensive areas should reduce the side effects on environment caused by resource exploitation and give full play to resource exploitation to improve the development of social economy by reducing the reliance on resource department, raising the intensity of resources exploitation, promoting the diversification of industries, paying more attention to the human resources and the accumulation of scientific and technological resources.关键词
