摘要

Abstract

High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC)method was developed for determination of clodinafop-propargyl and its metabolite clodinafop in wheat and soil. Samples were extracted with acetic ether or acetone, purified with column chromatography of neutral alumina and determined by HPLC. The results showed that, the average recoveries of clodinafop-propargyl in wheat, wheat plant and soil were ranged from 80.4% to 92.5% ,the RSD was from 1.5% to 4.4% , the average recoveries of clodinafop were ranged from 71.7% to 83.8% ,the RSD was from 2.3% to 6.0% ,limit of detection of clodinafop-propargyl and its metabolite clodinafop standard were 1.0×10-9 g and 2.0×10-10 g,limit of quantification of clodinafop-propargyl and its metabolite clodinafop in wheat, wheat plant and soil were 0.02,0.05,0.02 mg/kg and 0.01,0.02,0.01 mg/kg,respectively.
