摘要

Abstract

The microfiber synthetic leather substrate was hydrolyzed by sulfuric acid. By the method of one - factor experimental design, some correlative factors which influenced the hydrolysis of microfiber synthetic leather substrate were investigated. And the appropriate action conditions were optimized as follows; the dosage of sulfuric acid was 15% (according to substrate weight) , reaction temperature 50 ℃ , reaction time 4 h. Compared to untreated substrate, under the appropriate action conditions, the content of amino - group increased by 105. 1% , the tear was improved by 14. 7% , the tensile strength improved by 14. 69% , the water vapor was improved by 13. 54% , breaking elongation improved by 69. 87%.
