摘要

Abstract

A novel carboxylated polymethyltrifluoropropylsiloxane ( FCAS) was synthesized through the reaction of maleic anhydride and pendant aminopropyl groups-containing polymethyltrifluoropropylsiloxane ( FASO) , which was firstly prepared via copolymerization of hexamethyldisiloxane (MM) , octamethyl cyclotetrasiloxane (D4) , 1,3,5 - trimethyltris (3,3,3 - trifluoropyropyl) cyclotrisiloxane ( D3F ) and γ - aminopropylmethyldimethoxysilane ( KH551 ) under strong alkaline catalyst. Then FCAS was emulsified to treat the wet -blue goat. Infrared spectrum (IR) , proton nuclear magnetic resonance (1H NMR) , Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM) , nano particle size, ζ potential analyzer and static contact angle analyzer were utilized to characterize the structure of target product, particle morphology and average size, ζ potential as well as hydrophobicity such as water contact angle on the grain side of treated crust leather. Results showed that final product had due structure. FCAS latices particles presented regular sphere with narrow particle distribution and an average diameter of 78 ran and possessed smooth surface as well as ζ potential of - 37. 53 mV. The treated crust leather by 1. 92% FCAS active ingredients based on the weight of wet - blue goat had preferable hydrophobicity and water contact angle on its grain side attained 144. 5°.
