摘要
Abstract
Using CFD computational fluid dynamics software to simulate the fluid field of stirring reaction tank , the paper realized the Visualization of calculation results of the velocity field , and obtained the Velocity filed distribution; Conducted a detailed analysis of stirring reaction tank internal flow field in different radius and different structure mixing frame and under different stirring speed to obtain the relationship between mixing effect and radius, or structure, or speed, and gave out a reasonable range of stirring speed by the results of the moment analysis. This research provides a theoretical basis for the design and manufacture of the stirring reaction tank.关键词
